I’m Duygu Yonca Yılmaz, an AfN Registered Nutritionist based in London with an MSc in Nutrition from the University of Surrey. After completing a 4-year degree in Nutrition and Dietetics in my home country, Türkiye, I decided to deepen my expertise and pursue advanced studies in nutrition.

I believe that good nutrition is the foundation of overall well-being.
